Over the last five years I’ve worked as a boilermaker, machine operator and supervisor in the Mount Isa Mines and since then I have developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership that now drives our business. Clement, 23 from France has hands-on experience as a trade assistant for boilermakers — myself, mechanical fitters, landscapers, and builders, giving him a sharp eye for precision and craftsmanship. I have built 2 Broque Bros to help Clement out because of his visa; which has made it difficult for him to find work.
